Our commitment to product safety
As of December 13, 2024, the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) ensures that all products placed on the European market meet the applicable safety requirements. This includes clear labeling of our products, transparent information about potential risks during use, and easy-to-understand instructions for safe handling.
Vispronet® guarantees that our print products are considered safe in accordance with Article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR – link to the regulation). When used as intended or reasonably foreseeable, they pose no or minimal risks deemed acceptable and provide a high level of protection for the health and safety of consumers. Our risk analysis is available to authorities upon request, as required by the regulation. Vispronet® fulfills all necessary manufacturer obligations under the GPSR.

General precautions for handling our products are outlined below.
General safety instructions
- Our products are packaged in cartons. When unpacking, there is a risk of cuts from the edges of the cartons. Please handle with care.
- For large orders, shipping is done on pallets. The wood of the pallet may splinter under load. Handle with caution.
- Packaging films pose a potential suffocation hazard for small children. Dispose of them immediately.
Overview of product-specific safety instructions
Usage: Ensure the suitability of the products for outdoor or indoor use. Products designed for indoor use should not be used outdoors.
Place the products on stable, level surfaces to avoid fall hazards and reduce instability.
Synthetic materials may cause static electricity. Keep the products away from open flames and other ignition sources.
Wind load: Ensure that products used outdoors are secured or dismantled in strong winds or gusts to prevent damage and accidents. Use additional weights or anchors for outdoor use if necessary.
Fire protection: For use at trade fairs, public events, and in buildings, flame-retardant materials (B1) are often required. Ensure the suitability of the respective materials.
Assembly and handling: Be cautious of pinch and injury risks during assembly and disassembly. Use protective gloves if needed.
Care and storage: Clean the products according to the care instructions and allow them to dry completely before storage to avoid mildew. Store the products in a dry and protected location.
Child safety: Keep children away during assembly and use to prevent injuries.
Wind and weather conditions: Ensure that flagpoles are secured or temporarily dismantled during strong winds, gusts, or storms to prevent damage or accidents. Observe the recommended wind strength limits.
Assembly instructions: Ensure the suitability of the ground and guarantee stability. Follow the assembly instructions carefully. There is a risk of falls and injuries due to improper anchoring or strong winds. Be cautious of pinch and injury risks during assembly and disassembly. Use protective gloves if needed.
Child safety: Keep children away during assembly and use to avoid injury. Flagpoles are not toys or climbing equipment.

Wind and weather conditions: Always ensure that tents are adequately secured to prevent damage or accidents. Dismantle tents and pavilions during adverse weather conditions! Use the available weights and anchors for additional stabilization.
Assembly instructions: Follow the included assembly instructions carefully. Ensure that the tent is set up on a stable, level surface to minimize fall hazards. Regularly check the stability of the tent during use.
Safety distances: Maintain sufficient distance from open flames, heat sources, and electrical installations. Tents are not fireproof and should not be set up near ignition sources.
Care and storage: Clean the tent according to the care instructions and allow it to dry completely before storage to prevent mold. Store the tent in a dry and protected location.
Attachment: Ensure that tarpaulins and signs are securely attached to suitable structures. Loose attachments may cause injuries or damage.
Weather conditions: Remove or secure large signs and tarpaulins during strong winds to prevent them from falling.
Material warning: Keep tarpaulins and signs away from open flames or heat sources to avoid fire hazards.
Electrical safety: Use only the supplied or recommended power supplies and cables. Improper components may cause short circuits or fires. Do not open or tamper with the products; there is a risk of electric shock if handled improperly. Ensure adequate ventilation, especially during prolonged use.
Avoid moisture: Ensure that electrical components do not come into contact with moisture, water, or other liquids.
Regular inspections: Regularly check cables and connections for damage. Replace defective parts immediately.
Turn off when not in use: Turn off electrical products when not in use to save energy and minimize risks.
Storage: Store products in a dry and protected location to avoid material wear.
Care: Clean products only with the recommended methods to prevent damage.
Supervision: Keep children and unauthorized persons away during assembly and use.
Training: Ensure that all individuals handling the products are trained in their safe use.
