Delivery Times
Depending on the product, the chosen printing method and the delivery address, you can choose between the following:
In principle the following applies: the delivery dates indicated in the order include both the internal production time and the external shipping time. Shorter delivery times (eg Express or Overnight) always require less production and shipping time.
Only one delivery time can be chosen per order. When ordering several articles the delivery time depends on the longest delivery time of the products in the shopping basket. For example, shoul only one of several ordered articles is to be delivered "Overnight". The "Overnight" article must be entered separately as a single order.
All information pertaining to the delivery times and delivery dates are valid only if the customer provides fault-free print data within the prescribed time, as well as uses the "prepaid" payment method - subject to payment receipt. The working days are from Monday to Friday excluding Saturday and Sunday. Additionaly, state holidays at the seat of Vispronet® are to be taken into consideration.
Please note that there may be some deviations in the delivery date for shipments to special areas (e.g. mountain, islands or some postal code areas). Delivery cannot be made to the following: mailboxes, packing stations and DHL post offices.
The express and overnight deliveries are possible with almost all products. You can also inform yourself about the respective delivery times of products during the ordering process under category "Price Level".

Please note:
- You will receive both the order confirmation and the information about the successful print data check via e-mail.
- A change in the delivery time also leads to a change in the product price due to the new redefinition of production time.
- Production of order can only begin upon the receipt of payment and timely transfer of error-free print data. The delivery time can be extended depending on aforementioned factors. Furthermore, it must be noted that in case of Express and Overnight deliveries the pre-payment method is not available.
